Most of us see jellyfish as nothing more than alien ocean creatures that can sting you. That might be enough for most people, but over in east Asia, they see them as something else: food. While the dish isn’t to my tastes (think about the smell of a fish market, then imagine a jelly-like texture. Yummy!), some people can’t get enough of the stuff—and so, massive amounts of jellyfish are caught to be eaten. Here’s what that very strange process looks like.
