She’s a sniper with that thing!

Cops employ all sorts of (on paper) non-lethal methods for stopping criminals. This can include road spikes, tasers or, you know, just shooting them in a place where it’s less likely to kill them.

However, it turns out, they may not need all that stuff. As this woman showed, all you need to stop a criminal on the run via bike is a well-timed toss of a picnic blanket.
