Can someone explain what’s happening here?

Ludacris has been doing a bit of traveling recently, by which I mean he might now have a hole in his brain thanks to a frozen Alaskan parasite. No matter — whatever he’s doing, wherever he’s doing it, he seems to be having a good time, so I’m not going to try to rain on his parade.

What I *am* going to do is question why he decided to throw out the first pitch at an Atlanta Braves game while wearing the giant arms from his “Get Back” video. All things considered, though, the throw wasn’t too bad!
