The legal limit for drinking and driving is 0.08 — but c’mon, what’s a few more beers? On June 30th, Oklahoma State running back Ollie Gordon II was arrested on suspicion of a DUI. That “suspicion” includes the fact that he was swerving his car, was found with half-full bottles of vodka and a tequila and that he blew a 0.1. Innocent until proven guilty, I guess.

Now, his coach, Mike Gundy, is explaining why Gordon is still going to play — and why hitting the road with a 0.1 BAC isn’t as bad as it seems. Hell, he even says he’s done it in the past! Good luck with this one, Mike! I’m sure this isn’t going to piss anyone off!
