He was thirsty!

Bears are fascinating animals. Despite being massive with huge teeth and sharp claws, there’s just something about them that feels so human. Maybe it’s their propensity to commit crimes, or their reactions to things that bother them, but no matter what it is, it’s hard to look at a bear and not come to the conclusion that hanging out with them would be a pretty good time.

Plus, if this video is to be believed, they might even join you for a drink or two.

Way back in the day, all sorts of bizarre sports were commonplace. You might head to your local town square to watch a goose pulling event, or see men almost kill each other while jousting before heading back home to eat the most listeria-filled meat on earth.

Over time, most of those sports have faded into history. However, for a brief, glorious moment, some of these old fashioned sports made a brief resurgence. For example, did you know that there was a bear wrestling competition at a 1992 Pennsylvania farm show?
