What are the odds?

While reporting on the story of a stolen dog, Juliana Mazza of Boston's Channel 7 News happened to come upon the dog AND the suspect who'd walked away with it. It's currently unclear if the man's story - that he's a dogwalker who got confused about which dog to walk - checks out, but he was arrested at the scene.
