Residents In North Carolina Can't Get Home After Their Road Washes Out

On Saturday night the 40-foot high Sanford dam, which holds back lake waters in Boiling Springs Lakes breached, which almost completely emptied the lakes. That caused large-scale flooding including washing out this road south of Wilmington.
