The most Silicon Valley crime you can imagine.


People are getting really, really annoyed about artificial intelligence. While it was fun for a little bit to have ChatGPT tell you a story or an image generator create a picture of Pikachu holding an AK-47, the fact that much of social media is now filled with bot-generated content can make logging on every day a bit sickening.


That doesn’t mean we’re going to log off, of course. But still, we’re getting tired of this shit!


Now, some people are seemingly protesting against our tech-infested world by hacking into crosswalks to get them to play messages from Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk sound-alikes. It seems like the city has responded by disabling the voice feature across crosswalks, but it was fun while it lasted!
