This police officer gets ready to use pepper spray and a taser on a dude he has just pulled over. The offense? Minimal speeding.

While repeatedly stating that he has been pulled over for exceeding the speed limit by just 5mph, the man filming is flabbergasted when the officer begins to shake his pepper spray, and tries to use it. After discovering it's empty, the cop readies his taser. "You're so lucky," the officer says, implying he fully intended to use the pepper spray on the non-violent man. "That's the universe trying to protect both of us," the driver says.

It's unclear what the result of this incident was, but the cop implies that other cars are on the way. "You're going to go to jail," the cop tells him. Perhaps some will say the driver was uncooperative, but this officer did not deserve to be cooperated with.
