Looking around at the state of the world today, we can all agree that the people of this Earth need some good vibes sent their direction. But this isn’t the way to do that.

These are the “gigglers,” a group (let’s be honest, it’s probably just one guy) who drives around while filming himself maniacally giggling at people. While he says his message is to spread positivity, the result is more creepy than anything.
