At a local (and legal) fishing spot in Tampa, Florida, some animal rights activists noticed that some fishermen had caught a fish and left it on the sidewalk while they continued to fish. After a scuffle and argument ensued, one of the animal rights activists decided to steal the man's fish and throw it back.
