This tough-guy was bullsh*tting through his teeth after getting pulled over in a stolen car by this Madera Cop. After charging at the officer, he quickly ran off once he saw his taser. He was promptly tased, taken into custody, and charged with numerous offenses including a stash of heroin in the stolen car.
