A La Habra police officer narrowly avoids being killed in a surprise shooting at the doors of his police station. The officer was shot in the vest by a suspect who was subsequently shot in the head by his partner. The officer was deemed as justified in using deadly force, prosecutors said, releasing video of the deadly gunfight.
