Whenever you make a post that features an alligator or a crocodile, you’ll inevitably get a lot of comments saying that you’ve misidentified the thing.

Look, I know there are differences between the two animals. However, the big man upstairs didn’t make those differences distinct enough for most of us to identify them at a passing glance — and at the end of the day, does it really matter? If one is running toward me, I’m not looking at their teeth or the shape of their snout; I’m getting my ass out of there as fast as possible!
