What exactly is going on here?

The subway is a place where anything can happen. For example, you might see a dude playing an Xbox 360, or you could see a man and woman argue about whether he had previously been pissing or jacking off. It’s just such a fun slice of life!

What actually happened here is a bit confusing. This woman appears to have brought a bunch of live crabs onto the train and dropped them. Then, everyone around her tries to help while apparently being fairly experienced with how to handle live crabs. Honestly, the whole thing is kind of charming, so long as you can ignore your ankles being pinched by train crabs.
