Woman Gets Caught Trying to Sell Two Human Toes She Found in Dog Vomit
Any buyers? Like, any buyers at all?
Every job comes with perks. For people who work in restaurants, that could mean free food; for office workers, you never have to pay for toilet paper again, so long as you can fit a few rolls into your bag.
For an Australian woman named Joanna Kathlyn Kinman, she apparently believed that her job at the animal shelter entitled her to whatever a dog decided to throw up — including, it seems, human toes.
According to NBC News, Kinman was working at the shelter when they admitted a dog that had come from the home of someone who had recently passed away. Soon after, the dog threw up his previous owner’s toes. Not great!
Sensing an opportunity, Kinman dug them out of the trash and brought them home under the belief that she could sell them. However, soon thereafter, the police were tipped off about this and gave her a visit, discovering that she not only had the toes but belonged to a Facebook group called “Bone Buddies Australia,” which is dedicated to the trading and selling of “specimens” (like a man’s toes, I guess).
Believe it or not, the resultant investigation caused Kinman to lose her job. She better find a job where you’ll be less tempted to swipe some body parts — which, thankfully, I think is most jobs.
