A highly-intoxicated Wisconsin man, Conor Deflorian, was caught on camera performing a shoulder throw on a police officer questioning him about his behavior. Considering just how drunk he was, the shoulder throw itself is pretty impressive. Equally impressive is how quickly he transitioned from minor misdemeanor to full-blown felony.
